Destruction of Al-Qaeda headquarter in Zabul- Afghanistan

The headquarter belonging to Al-Qaeda terrorist group has been destroyed, according to National Directorate of Security (NDS).

As a result of the special operation conducted by National Security forces on Al-Qaeda’s camp in the village of Nasseran district of Zabul province, five Pakistani terrorists were killed and two others arrested.

During the operation, two suicide vests, a PK machine gun, one TT pistol and five hand grenades were recovered from Pakistani militants.

According to a statement released by NDS, two military bags, some leaflets, a repeater base, a radio, three laptop computers, a number of Al-Qaeda banners and two Pakistani Identification Cards were also seized by National Security Forces.

It is said that a printer, five sets of antenna scanners, a camera, 42 hard disks, and five sets of mobile phones were used by the terrorist group for subversive activities.

In addition, three motorbikes and other equipment were also seized and were fully destroyed in the operation.
