SCO RATS Database Lists 2,500 Suicide Bombers, 69 Groups

RATS SCO possesses data on 2,500 suicide bombers and 69 terrorist organizations, the first deputy director of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) said Tuesday.

The Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (RATS SCO) possesses data on 2,500 suicide bombers and 69 terrorist organizations, the first deputy director of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) said Tuesday.

Sergei Smirnov spoke at the 29th RATS SCO session in southern Kazakhstan.

“Today we have a database of 2,500 suicide bombers and 69 organizations. We have initiated the idea of compiling a database and will decide on the formal establishment of the databank at the next [RATS] session,” Smirnov said.

He noted that despite the timely submission and exchange of information with the use of a comprehensive set of security services, the difficulty remains in locating suspects who change official residential registrations.

India and Pakistan were simultaneously offered to meet the conditions for the membership in the SCO RATS

The Intelligence agencies of India and Pakistan under the instruction of the SCO Heads of states must simultaneously fulfill their obligations to join the SCO Regional Antiterrorist Structure , the first deputy director general of the FSB Sergei Smirnov army.

Joining the Regional Antiterrorist Structure of SCO, was announced by the first deputy of FSB, General Sergei Smirnov.

” On behalf of the SCO Heads of States it was decided during their previous meeting in Tashkent that by the next summit the intelligence agencies of India and Pakistan must fulfill their obligation. By the next Executive Committee of the RATS SCO , which will be held in March , we have to take the job ” – said Smirnov according to RIA ” Novosti “.

During the cooperation of special services within the framework of the SCO RATS 426 important documents were adopted, the intelligence agencies of India and Pakistan need to analyzed and aligned to them.

According to the general meeting, the special services of the two states are working on this issue . “Pakistan is focused on the work of intelligence agencies , India – on the work of the Security Council , but the Security Council of India has another area, we have our own , we will work ” , – said the deputy director of the FSB .

There is Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan currently in the RATS SCO.
